Information about bank cards issued by K&H Bank

Between June 8, 2024 6:00am and June 9, 2024 12:00am K&H Bank will make improvements to its IT systems. The upgrade will not affect the services provided by K&H Bank card acceptance, transactions will be accepted seamlessly at our physical POS, virtual POS (VPOS) and SoftPOS terminals during this period, however, transactions with K&H Bank issued bank cards (in person, online) will be subject to restrictions. OneClick payment

  • Convenience service offered to registered customers.
  • At the time of the first payment, the customer agrees in the webshop to storing his/her card details on the payment page.
  • On the next purchase transaction, by selecting option of paying with a saved card, the payment is made using the data already stored. The webshop does not store card details, only an identifier.
  • In the case of payments with saved card data, communication with the payment site takes place in the background, without the need to re-enter the card number.
  • The transaction authentication process is the same as for a simple payment.

Starting payment with Google Pay from a webshop

  • A convenient way to pay for goods and services in your webshop or Android mobile app. Your customers can pay with the same cards that they use in stores on contactless terminals.There is no need to enter the card number. The system does not redirect the customer to the payment site but, after confirmation in a Google wallet:

  • Cards tokenised for iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch can also be used for online payments. The online payment site of K&H Payment Services is now ready to process Apple Pay online payments.
  • Payments are initiated directly from the webshop (online or in the native iOS mobile app). The system does not redirect the customer to the payment page, further simplifying and speeding up Apple Pay payments.
  • Apple Pay can also be displayed on the payment page. In this case, the transaction starts as a simple payment and the card holder can choose to pay with Apple Pay on the payment page instead of entering the card details.

Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure Code

Cardholders of the card companies Visa and Mastercard register a password with their issuing banks for the purpose of identification during online purchases; this offers additional protection against the unauthorised use of bank cards. When such authentication methods are used, neither the cardholder nor the issuing bank will have the right to question the authenticity of the transaction, so that complaints would be reasonable only if the service or product ordered is not delivered; this protects the interests of both the cardholder and the merchant by preventing the unauthorised use of the card.

strong customer authentication (Strong Customer Authentication, SCA)

The Second Payment Directive (PSD2) requires the use of strong customer authentication in payments with bank cards and in electronic payment transactions; in this process, at least two factors (e.g. password, biometric fingerprint, smartphone confirmation etc.) available or known only to the person authorised to use the bank card (i.e. the cardholder) are required to authenticate the transaction.
